Declaration of trust in favor of Barbara Vasquez : DS, 1864 August 10.

Establishes a trust for Barbara Vasquez ("laboring under mental imbecility which renders her incapable of administering property") consisting of an "equitable life estate in such portion of my [Alvina's] property as I can spare and devote to that purpose," referring to property in San Mateo County to which title had been confirmed to Tiburcio Vasquez by the State of California.
